General Description

Policies and procedures are undeniable part of human resource management and are more and more valued by companies that put high importance to effectiveness as they help to prevent workspace conflicts, follow legal requirements, manage performance better and regulate organizations paperwork.

This training is addressed to small and medium business managerial staff and human resource personnel, who value the importance of human resource (HR) management policies and procedures, and would like to get primary knowledge on their types, steps of development and input in organization, content of some policies and procedures.

As a result of the training the participants will:

The training will be conducted in an interactive manner, including presentation, group work, individual tasks and exercises. Handouts with concise information on the topic are distributed during the training.

Training Duration and Price

The duration of open (announced) training is 6 hours; the fee is 16800 per person (without VAT). The duration of ordered training is defined on the basis of client needs and preferences. The cost for one hour of ordered training is 12000-14000 AMD (without VAT).
