Human resources are probably the most valuable resource of the organization. The effectiveness of human resource management defines effectiveness of organization’s work and achievement of the goals set.

This training is addressed to organization’s managerial staff and human resource personnel, who would like to improve their knowledge in the area of human resource (HR) management, develop their skills in recruitment, writing job description, communication, and other fields related to HR management.

As a result of the training the participants will:

The training will be conducted in an interactive manner, including presentation, group work, individual tasks and exercises. Handouts with concise information on the topic are distributed during the training.

Training Duration and Price

The duration of open (announced) training is 15 hours; the fee is 32600 per person (without VAT). The duration of ordered training is defined on the basis of client needs and preferences. The cost for one hour of ordered training is 12000-14000 AMD (without VAT).
